These draft terms cover the NewsBot Radio app and the site at newsbotradio.app, made by Systems Engineering Center. The support address is support@newsbotradio.app. This draft was written on 4 November 2026. The app is not on the App Store yet.

The show is generated

Ara and Leo are AI hosts. The scripts are AI-generated. They can be wrong, one-sided, out of date, or poorly worded. Do not rely on a segment for a safety decision, a medical decision, a legal decision, or a trade. The Markets station is not investment advice. The app is built not to give buy or sell language. That is a limit in the writing rules, not a guarantee.

Public posts are credited to their authors and to X. A post is opinion, not the record. The underlying posts and articles belong to their authors and publishers and stay subject to the terms of X and of those sites. We do not claim those posts as ours.

Your xAI key

A live show made on the phone needs an xAI API key that you provide. You are responsible for that key, for keeping it on your phone, and for whatever xAI charges you. The key is stored in the iPhone Keychain. We do not receive it. Test mode can replay a saved show without a new xAI call, as described on the support page.

The station feed field is empty unless you paste an address. Leave it empty. The hint https://api.newsbotradio.app is not a live service yet.

How to use it

Use the app and the site for a personal radio briefing. Do not use them to break the law, to harass someone, or to pass off a generated script as a report from a human newsroom. Do not try to pull the API key out of another person’s phone, and do not send us anyone else’s key.

CarPlay is not part of this version. It is coming soon. Do not expect the app to appear on the car screen.

The site and the app can change

We may change, pause, or stop the app, the site, or a future shared desk. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows that kind of statement. A lawyer should replace this sentence with the warranty and liability language you actually want to offer.
